Vatha Kuzhambu or Turkey Berry Curry is one of the popular all-time favorite recipes that are very simple to prepare. Here I have narrated clearly on How to make Vatha Kuzhambu for your reference. Hope it would be useful for you.

Ingredients:
Gingelly Oil – 50 ML
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek – 1/2 tsp
Sunda Vathal – handful
Red Chilli – 2 Nos
Small Onions – 12 to 15 Nos
Curry Leaves
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Sambar Powder – 1 tbsp
Tamarind water – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – to taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves

Process:
-In a clay pot, add oil and bring it to heat.
-Once the oil is heated, pop up the mustard seeds, fenugreek.
-Add Sunda vathal and saute for a minute.
-Add red chilli, small onion, curry leaves and saute well.
-Now add the spices (turmeric powder, chilli powder, sambar powder) and saute well.
-Now add Tamarind water and salt. Bring it to boil.
-Once the oil is separated, add pepper powder and garnish it with coriander.
-Switch off the flame.
-Enjoy with White Rice and Papad.
