Restaurant Style Pepper Chicken or Milagu Chicken makes an awesome addition to your party menus. The spices added to the chicken make the recipe delicious, hot and flavorful spicy pepper chicken.

Ingredients:

Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2tbsp
Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Onion – 2 nos
Curry leaves – few
Salt – as required
Ginger Garlic paste – 1tbsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chicken – 500gms
Salt – as required
Water – 1 cup

Preparation:

1. Heat the pan – add fennel seeds, cumin, pepper, and dry roast all on low flame.
2. Grind the roasted spices and keep it aside
3. Now heat the pan and pour oil.
4. Add ½ tsp of fennel seeds, 2 no’s of chopped onion, curry leaves and sauté well
5. Add salt as required – add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste he raw smell goes off
6. Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder and garam masala
7. Add 500gms of chicken and sauté well for 2-3 mins
8. Add 1 cup of water and let it cook for 15 mins on low flame.
9. After 15 mins add the ground pepper spice powder to the chicken.
10. Now mix well and garnish with curry & coriander leaves.
11. Now the Restaurant style pepper chicken or milagu chicken is ready. Serve hot.
