Chili powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Boiled egg – 2 nos

[Rice Preparation]

Water – 4 cups

Clove – 3 nos

Cardamom – 2 nos

Star anise – 1 no

Bay leaf – 1 no

Pepper – 1 tsp

Cinnamon – 4 inches

Soaked basmati rice – 2 cups

Salt to taste

Oil – 1 tsp

 

[Biryani Masala Preparation]

Oil – 2 tsp

Clove – 2 nos

Cardamom – 1 no

Cinnamon – 3 inches

Chili – 1 no

Onion – 1 no

Salt to taste

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Tomato – 1 no

Water – 2 tbsp

Curd – 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Chili powder – 1 tsp

Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Coriander & Mint – few

 

[Biryani Preparation]

Fried Onions

Mint

Saffron milk – 1 tbsp

Biryani masala – ½ tsp

Ghee – 1 tsp

Fried Eggs

Note:

  1. Do not overcook the rice.
  2. Add all the prepared items finally and dum it for 15 mins on low flame.
