Apple Halwa | How to make apple halwa recipe

Apple Halwa is super easy, and only a few ingredients were required to make it – apples, ghee, cashew, sugar. Optional but recommended for the rest of the ingredients. Perhaps it’s one of the most common Indian desserts made during the festival seasons.

3 no – Apple
2 tbsp – Ghee
5-6 halves – Cashews
½ cup – Sugar
1 tsp – Vanilla Extract
1 tsp – Cardamom powder


  1. Cut, remove seeds and grate it
  2. Add ghee, fry cashews until golden’s and keep aside
  3. Add grated apple and stir well
  4. Add sugar and cook until it dissolves
  5. Add vanilla extract, cardamom powder, cashews and mix it
  6. Now your apple halwa is ready to serve
