Bay leaf – 2 nos
Star anise – 1 no
Cardamom – 2 nos
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Green chili – 2 nos
Onion – 1 no
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 no (added again)
Tomato – 1 no
Crystal salt – 1 tsp
Red Chili Paste – 1/2 cup
Curd – 5 tsp
Lemon – 1/2
Chicken – 300 gms
Mint & Coriander leaves – Handful
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – as required
Seeragasamba rice – 300 gms

Note:
*Banana leaf gives you the perfect aroma of Ambur biryani
*Dum it on low flame for 15 mins
