Chicken 65 is a popular south Indian recipe which is the favorite dish of chicken lovers. I use only fresh homemade ground powder, ginger garlic paste, etc. Which gives a very good spicy flavorful seasoning.

Recipe Type: Spices Blend or Powder

Preparation and Cooking Time: 20 min

Serving Size: 3 servings

Cooking Skill: Medium

Ingredients:

3 tbsp – Curd

2 tbsp – Rice flour

1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste

1 tbsp – Cornflour

1/4 tsp – Cumin turmeric powder

1 tbsp – Kashmiri chili powder

1 tbsp – Chilli powder

1 tbsp – Coriander powder

As required – Salt

1 tbsp – Spicy Garam masala

1 no – Egg

1 no – Lemon

500 gms – Chicken

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients as instructed
  2. Add Chicken to  the seasonings mixed
  3. Marinate minimum of 1 hour
  4. Heat the oil
  5. Fry the chicken for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame (For better taste fry on low flame).
  6. Flip the chickens and fry for 2-3 mins
  7. Now your spicy chicken 65 is ready to serve
